Overview

Almost lifelike, OWI’s aluminum beetle building kit features one of strongest creatures on earth that you assemble from metal and bendable aluminum parts.  You might ask, what is the strongest creature on earth? I hear you thinking. Did you say lion? Elephant? Ant? An African elephant would be an excellent guess. It can carry up to 25% of its own weight on its back.  A real educated one might say an ant. Well, an ant can drag similar proportional weight. If you guessed Rhino Beetle, you are absolutely correct! The Rhino Beetle can carry 850 times its won weight!  Unfortunately, if you tried to put 850 times OWI’s Rhino Beetle on its back, its six bendable aluminum legs would collapse and squish this little bug. On the other hand, it’s cool to build the 26 hard and soft pre-punched aluminum parts, 4 screws, 4 nuts, and 7 springs with the assembly tools that are included.  Rhino Beetle’s legs, wings, and horn are all moveable.
